Shipping Costs
At Jan Rozing Menswear, shipping costs depend on the chosen carrier and the country of delivery. On this page, we have clearly listed all available shipping options and their corresponding rates. This allows you to choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.If you wish to return a product, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense. Carriers / Track & Trace
Our parcels are shipped with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Regardless of the chosen carrier, you will always receive a Track & Trace code. Through the secure link in your confirmation email, you can easily check whether your order has been shipped. Once it has, the Track & Trace code allows you to see where your parcel is and when the delivery is expected.Sent the same day
We strive to ship your order the same day, unless items have a longer delivery time. This normally means that orders will be sent on the same working day when ordered and paid for before 16:00h, Amsterdam Time. Orders after 16:00h are offered the 2nd working day.Delayed Shipping
It is possible that a longer delivery time is indicated with your order. We depend on our suppliers for the delivery of certain products. For these specific products with a longer delivery time we have included the 'longest expected delivery time'. For international shipments, please be aware that between 1 and 5 working days could be added to this shipment time.Usually this means that the delivery is well within the specified period, however we can not give any guarantees. To give you certainty, we have included the 'longest expected delivery time' in these cases. However, be aware that international shipments can take an additional 1 to 5 working days.
Delayed Delivery
Depending on the mail delivery in your region, it is unfortunately possible that the delivery is 1 to 2 days later than indicated. Also, due to the international nature of some shipments, it is possible another 1 to 5 working days are added.Please, always follow the Track & Trace information. We always strive to deliver all the products within the mentioned timeframe.
