Nevertheless, there are events that can ensure that the order does not end up in this promised top condition; really annoying! In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.

From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will gladly discuss with you the best way to solve the problem.
